RuiG: wife replacing bupropion with Amisulpride

My wife wants to replace elontril (bupropion) 150mg by Socian 50mg (amissulpride) since she gets a lot of excitation from the elontril and her psychiatrist believes she will be better with this new one. 
he proposes a straight replacement since elontril is already at the lowest available dose in Portugal. The pharmacist also said it was a safe transition.
Do you think this is safe way or do you recommend differently?

What we need help with, is that we have two options:

1- Tapper Bupropion (150mg XR -1small pill without possibility to cut it) how can we do that? 
2- Transition to Socian 50mg (amissulpride) - does this option require tappering? 

In Portugal we were told by a pharmacist that manipulation of bupropion is not safe so we don’t have much more options to reduce the dose.

 

She is also taking Xanax SR 1mg across the day, 50mg Quietapine and 100mg trazadone in the evening.

 

She is more inclined for the 1st one, but not sure How she could do it.
