Hi there wannabemixer and welcome aboard,

With a month on Zoloft, you may well have become physiologically dependent, and so yes your symptoms could be indicative of WD(withdrawal).

Dr. Glenmullen's withdrawal symptom checklist

and you'll see some of those symptoms on the right side listed in this PDF ^

Is it your hope to be drug free one day?

We are a site about harm reduction tapering off of medications/drugs.  Staffed by volunteers who are currently tapering or have completed their tapers.

And we would like to see a summary of your drug history, done in the signature format(note: this is different from information given in your confidential profile, or in your narrative)

Please see:  How to Summarize Your Drug History in Your Signature  and then follow the instructions to do one.  Thank you.

You are still in a time frame where you might wish to try a small reinstatement of Zoloft to see if it takes away the WD symptoms.

How were you doing on 25 mg of Zoloft taken daily?

Read carefully, and see what you think:

About reinstating and stabilizing to reduce withdrawal symptoms

I might try a reinstatement of 5 mg of Zoloft taken daily, if it was me.  It might reduce the gastric symptoms as well as the anxiety symptoms you are calling health anxiety.  Unless I had not been doing well on Zoloft at all, and was having adverse effects or side effects from it.

Here is our topic on Zoloft tapering, included in the topic you'll see methods for getting smaller doses of sertraline.

Tips for tapering Zoloft(sertraline)

Okay, all for now.  I give you more information around tapering and WD, if and when you would like.  Sorry for your wait.  I've gotten you started now.  This is now your Introduction page and you have introduced yourself to the community.  Please post your thoughts, concerns, further question right here, in a reply.  One Introduction per member.  Thanks.

Love, peace, healing, and growth,
