Armando Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 Should I get back on Paxil if the withdrawal side effects like brain zaps are too much to deal with? As in, they are affecting my day to day activity.
Moderator Emeritus Gridley Posted January 30, 2023 Moderator Emeritus Posted January 30, 2023 Welcome to SA, Armando. We need more information, please. 1. When did you start Paxil and at what dose? 2. When did you start reducing the Paxil? 3. How fast did you reduce it? Did you taper the drug. If so, how fast? Or did you stop cold turkey (no taper, just stopped)? 4. What dose are you on now and on what date did you reach that dose? Please answer these questions right here. In addition, please put the information in a drug signature using the following link. Also include any other drugs you're taking--names, doses and dates, for the last 2 years in particular.
