Lilt Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 (edited) I was on seteraline 50 mg for 12 weeks. I tapered in 3 weeks too quickly. I felt fine the first month. then I found out I was pregnant and very early on. I’m experiencing extreme fatigue, dizzy, nausea, headaches, no motivation for anything, not doing the things I normally love doing. I don’t know if this is withdrawal or 1st trimester symptoms. Do I reinstate? Do I wait till I’m out of this trimester? I don’t know what to do. Edited February 1, 2023 by manymoretodays name to title
Administrator Altostrata Posted February 3, 2023 Administrator Posted February 3, 2023 Welcome, @Lilt How long have you been off sertraline? Did you review your symptoms with your ob/gyn? Is headache typical in the first trimester? When did this start: "extreme fatigue, dizzy, nausea, headaches, no motivation for anything, not doing the things I normally love doing"? How long have you had these symptoms? Have they been getting worse or better?
