Bindy Effexor tapering

I would love to get some feedback from others who have experienced tapering off Effexor and how long before withdrawal symptoms take to go away once your on 0mg. I started tapering by taking 2 tiny balls out of each capsule then increased 2 more each day. Started in the first week of November 2022.

Now been exactly 14 days at 0 mg. brain zaps, off balance equilibrium, uncontrollable laughter then crying.  Trouble falling asleep. Doing lots of self care yoga meditation etc. Thank you. I know I can get thru just need to hear from others. Need encouragement. Thank you.

Good for you that you attempted to taper gradually. However, you've got withdrawal symptoms, which indicate you went off too fast. If I were you, I'd reinstate 10 beads of Effexor. This could be enough to stop the withdrawal symptoms, or you might need a bit more. You'll be able to taper off by tiny amounts later. Please let us know how you're doing.

Thanks for advice. But I mentioned I already at 0 mg for 14 days. So I.am not going backwards at this point.

Plus I found out by talking to Angie Peacock it may have to do.with brief amount of time I was using Klonapin as well.
