Annemp Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 (edited) I tried tapering off about 6 years ago and it went terribly so I went back on my anti-depressants. I'm so glad I found this forum and plan to taper off in 10% increments, no matter how long it takes. Currently, I'm not experiencing any apparent adverse effects from using these medications but want to be free of them. I never intended to stay on them forever don't want to be dependent on them any more. Edited June 19, 2023 by manymoretodays
