Lori73: Caring for my nervous system after quitting cold turkey

I’m learning that I may have hurt my nervous system by not tapering after 6 years of Pristique and a month of failed Wellbutrin. I had a bad reaction to Wellbutrin and my dr took me off of it without having me take something else to taper off of or to see if a different med would work. This was back in Dec 22. I’ve been taking Sam e for 4 months and now seeing neg things about that when it comes to the nervous system . I’m currently taking 75 mg of Lamotrogine. I am trying to get to a better place without medication and I’m trying to give my nervous system the love that it needs but I’m struggling not knowing the next step.
