mjos Posted July 14, 2023 Author Posted July 14, 2023 I am 5 months finished with a valium taper. Still have some side effects. I want to start a tapering off 20 mg trazadone now. I need advice on switching from tablets to liquid, should I do a direct switch. Seems like half and half would be hard to stay accurate. Also at 20 mg trazadone would you still recommend a 10 percent taper Thanks 25 years low dose xanax for vertigo Switch to 5 mg valium 1 year taper off valium ended 2-23 During taper started 20 mg trazadone for sleep currently tapering 35 mg buspirone
