Hi, I've just joined this forum, I'm based in London, UK. I'm trying to familiarise myself with the layout.

I've struggled with my mental health since childhood, 1983 I started anti-depressants at 18 I cant remember what it was called it was a small red pill the GP gave me.  1987 to 1990 tricylic drugs  1992 -3 Prozac, 1993-4  Prozac and Lithium, also been on Respiridrone and amitriptyline, and other medications I can't remember. but the longest I've been on one medication is Effexor (venlafaxine) and Zopiclne since 2000, my psychiatrist put me on 4000mg  in about 2004 I reduced to 300mg and was on that dose until 2021, when with the help of the psychiatrist who referred me to this site I started tapering, I got down to 37.5mg by August 2022, I was struggling with acute anxiety and depression by May 2023 and updosed to 75mg I have updosed again to 225mg. With regards the zopiclone I started in 2000 on 37.5mg and increased in 2017 to 7mg I am on this dose today. I find it difficult to deal with bereavements in my life, and lonliness and living alone. This past year I have lost a job started a new job and about to leave this job and start another job in November. I'm not sure how to do the signiture part. I feel very desperate about my situation, I've been on ant-depressants so long, and been unhappy for so long. I want to find a different way.
