I am currently taking 20mg es-citalopram (20years), and 150mg welbutrin(17 years)

I was taking 300mg welbutrin a few weeks ago, but just over a week ago have gone down to 150mg doses. I am looking for help and guidance on how to taper down

To clarify, you went from 300mg to 150mg? If so, that is a 50% decrease and much faster than we recommend. Our guidance is to taper no more than 10% of your previous dose per month. You can read further at Why taper by 10% of my dosage?

Thanks,

Firefly
