I haven't tried Epsom salts, but I have tried Magnesium flakes. Idk if that has helped. I'm finding it too much to bear, I feel that I can't cope much longer 😭 Has anyone else suffered from this after quitting? I don't even know if it's muscle or nerve pain 😫 Does anyone have any ideas, help or advice on how to get through this please? June 2022- venlafaxine for 5 or 6 weeks at 37.5 twice daily. Upped for one week to 75mg twice daily but caused panic attacks. Dropped back down to 37.5 twice daily. Currently seeing an oesteopath. My upper back drove me crazy too. Could never get comfortable. Would also get pains shooting through my ribs. Felt like I keep needing to stretch my back and need a good massage in between my shoulder blades. I know back pain can be withdrawal related. I have had extensive treatment from a chiropractor, also osteopath, myopracter, massage therapist and they didn't help, chiro caused me a lot more pain as did the osteopath. I have tried dry needling which also caused a lot of pain, so I'm apprehensive to try acupuncture, which I had on my wrist many years ago without any problem but not so sure with this issue....
