didiyana
Today, in the evening after 6 p.m., I feel better again, I don't want to fall asleep so that this day doesn't end. I think I'm experiencing and starting to feel more subtle emotions. I went for cookies in the rain at night, and lay in the bathroom for 1.5 hours, it was so wonderful! Moderator Catwoman73 Posted October 4 Moderator Share Posted October 4 So glad to hear you're in a window! Psych meds have been shown to result in minor, non-epileptic EEG abnormalities in some people, so it could be that your brain is just working at healing. didiyana
Hi all! My window lasted only 4 days, although it's probably a stupid complaint, it's just that I had 9 days in the previous window, and I'm a little offended by the wave 😁 I suspect that I have a little cold, maybe it somehow affected me, I have a little discomfort in my chest with a cough, plus a slightly high body temperature. During these 4 days I managed to start the repair, I hope I will have the opportunity to start it again, as I have already managed to tear off the wallpaper on one side and start to putty the walls 😂 in the afternoon it was, of course, generally unpleasant, everything was like in a fog, but there was no depression. In addition, I notice that I am more irritated than usual, and offend my relatives, angry with them, and then get upset because of my own behavior. If this is the beginning of another wave, and if my theory about the strengthening of the wave during the cycle is correct, then it is very early for the wave, I hoped that I would still have easy money, I will monitor my condition. So far, it's tolerable. Every time something new. My physical symptoms have become much better, in September I had a headache only 2 times. I'd like to write something more positive, but I can't yet, the only good one is repair and a small window 😁 My husband may go on a business trip, and I will have to deal with the waves on my own. Oh, and my son finally went to kindergarten! But we have a period of adaptation, so now he spends no more than 2 hours a day there. 2019-2020 fluoxetine due to anxiety disorder (1 capsule per day), withdrawal without WD. 2021- 1 month of Atarax in a daily dosage of 25 mg + symptomatically for a year 1/4 of 25 mg (approximately once a month). 2023 - severe stress, Atarax symptomatically 1/2 of 25 mg (approximately once a month / once a week). didiyana
When I have the opportunity and my condition allows me, I would like to record a video on YouTube about my condition, perhaps it will be able to attract the attention of people who have encountered WD and do not know about it, and warn some people who want to hear about it, I hope it will not be useless - since I have some problems with understanding "am I doing it right?", or "is it really necessary?", but doctors prefer to call it a borderline personality disorder 😁 in any case, if you want to listen, you can turn on subtitles, since it is difficult for me to speak in English, well, and I will be pleased 🙏 2019-2020 fluoxetine due to anxiety disorder (1 capsule per day), withdrawal without WD. 2021- 1 month of Atarax in a daily dosage of 25 mg + symptomatically for a year 1/4 of 25 mg (approximately once a month). 2023 - severe stress, Atarax symptomatically 1/2 of 25 mg (approximately once a month / once a week). didiyana
Good afternoon! I need help, @Catwoman73, @FireflyFyte Earlier I talked about a woman I'm talking to, who suffered from taking antipsychotics - she was forcibly hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital. Now she was given unknown drugs - I communicate with her aunt and she told me that today her condition has worsened, she has facial muscle spasm and low blood pressure convulsions, as well as strong cognitive problems and she speaks very badly, I suspect that she was given antipsychotics again. What can I advise her aunt? Can the intake of fluoxetine or lamotrigine have a positive effect on this? In any case, she will be given drugs, which of them will cause minimal harm? I will be very grateful 🙏 I don't know any other moderators, so I marked you 🙏 I would really like to help that woman 2019-2020 fluoxetine due to anxiety disorder (1 capsule per day), withdrawal without WD. 2021- 1 month of Atarax in a daily dosage of 25 mg + symptomatically for a year 1/4 of 25 mg (approximately once a month). 2023 - severe stress, Atarax symptomatically 1/2 of 25 mg (approximately once a month / once a week). Moderator Catwoman73 Posted October 10 Moderator Share Posted October 10 I'm so sorry to hear this, @didiyana. Once someone is hospitalized, it's very hard to have any control over what happens. As you know, we don't recommend using psych meds to deal with the withdrawal effects of psych meds, which is exactly what will happen in the hospital. No medication is safe- there is the potential for harm no matter what someone is given while their nervous system is so destabilzed. The aunt could certainly refuse any further medications if she is seeing that her niece's condition is worsening with medication rather than getting better, but not knowing the full details makes it really tough to give solid advice. This poor woman is going to have a lot of work to do to get herself stabilized once discharged from hospital- hopefully that happens sooner rather than later. I'll be thinking of you and her... so terrible that this stuff still happens, with all that we now know. ❤️🩹 1 1995- 2007- On and off multiple antidepressants (Prozac, Paxil, Effexor, Wellbutrin, escitalopram). didiyana
Thank you for your answer, @Catwoman73 🙏 I talked to her aunt, and I warned her in advance that the decision on hospitalization would most likely make worse than better. Aunt is having a hard time with her, and she was suicidal, so she sent her to the hospital.. her aunt is afraid to pick her up now in such a state + she needs 24/7 supervision, and she has already had suicide attempts, no matter how much I want to talk about it. I'll try to support her when my aunt goes to her hospital again, I'm really very sad about this news.. although she was a little better for 2 days while taking medication, according to my aunt. didiyana
You know, I have a serious update, for the first time in 6 months, at the beginning of my menstrual cycle I do not have a wave of extreme depression! It's so unexpected, I was preparing for this wave, but in the end it just didn't come. This is the first time I've had this! Usually, at the beginning of the cycle, I feel extremely unpleasant, and a couple of days before. I still assume that the wave may be waiting for me somewhere, and also, I believe that now I have a wonderful opportunity to try taking Magnesium. In general, I'm almost fine, I only have fatigue and derealization, which is weaker than before. Regarding the woman in the hospital, unfortunately, I can't help her now, as my opportunities are limited, but when she returns, I would really like to support her in further recovery. I'm sad that doctors are not properly aware of such unpleasant consequences. I was very lucky that I found this site in time, and such wonderful people who greatly facilitate the "way of war". My success story is waiting for me, and maybe it will be close.. but who knows it. didiyana
I have a small wave, and in 5 days my husband's mother will come to us for 2 weeks, and of course, it will not be possible to lie in bed, eat anything and clean up + in any case, you need to take out autumn/winter clothes and remove summer ones. Today is a hard day by itself + today I am hindered by derealization, the height of a headache and a capricious son, since he has been sick for a week and I have to give him medicine, do inhalations and do it at the same time + we started repairs, and we can't make even one wall 😁 nothing surprising and supernatural, probably anyone in my place would be a little worried When my husband's mother arrives, it will also be necessary to cook food for everyone every day, there will be 2 times more cleaning, and you will have to devote a lot of time to walks. I hope it won't be a hindrance and I'll be able to enjoy the process at some points But I'm insanely grateful that my brain didn't give me another portion of crazy depression, it's very cool 2019-2020 fluoxetine due to anxiety disorder (1 capsule per day), withdrawal without WD. 2021- 1 month of Atarax in a daily dosage of 25 mg + symptomatically for a year 1/4 of 25 mg (approximately once a month). 2023 - severe stress, Atarax symptomatically 1/2 of 25 mg (approximately once a month / once a week). didiyana
Hi all! I don't know if this is a sign of recovery, but it seems that my anxiety began to come back to me - anxiety that was before taking an antidepressant, human. We went to the kindergarten for 4 days, after which the child got sick, and here we have been on sick leave for 2 weeks, I give him an antibiotic, but his cough does not want to go away, although the fever went away in the first week And I still have a temperature periodically during a normal blood test, and I would like to exclude all serious diseases, but this is such an incomprehensible symptom that I do not know where and what to look for. The only thing is that I have a periodic intestinal disorder, increased antinuclear factor (1:1280), decreased c3 and increased c4. It scares me a little that c4 increases with oncology. If I continue to feel good, I'll do it, it even scares me that I feel good, lol 2019-2020 fluoxetine due to anxiety disorder (1 capsule per day), withdrawal without WD. 2021- 1 month of Atarax in a daily dosage of 25 mg + symptomatically for a year 1/4 of 25 mg (approximately once a month). 2023 - severe stress, Atarax symptomatically 1/2 of 25 mg (approximately once a month / once a week). didiyana
I think I'm doing stupid things 😅 I took several drugs during the 7 months of my cancellation - ibuprofen, nimesulide, Ledocaine (tooth treatment) and Amoxiclav (nasal infection), and none of this made my condition worse. Now I have a high body temperature for 4-5 days, and I took paracetamol 500 mg (since ibuprofen didn't help me). And what do you think? I was afraid that it might make me worse, and after reading about it I had to vomit her down the toilet Don't thank me, terrible stories 😂 Nevertheless, I did it in 10 minutes, after I took the pill and the temperature went down. It seems that she managed to dissolve) I was just scared by a five-minute wave of depression, which arose today out of nowhere, and I'm afraid to make it worse, I just recently started to feel better! didiyana
Hi, @Аарон7! Thank you for your message 🙏 Yes, I'm still sick, it's been 6 days now.. my temperature is better during the day than in the evening, it's definitely the worst disease in my life. I was prescribed to do inhalations with steroids and berodual, but I read about many accidents after steroids, it's good that I read it before I started doing it. Also, steroids are very harmful in general, and I'm very sorry that I gave it to my son earlier. When you mean inhalations with steroids do you mean asthma inhalers? Also my advice to you is to take it easy and rest but also make sure to eat healthy foods and drink water. if it doesn’t get better by itself then maybe go back to the doctor for more testing to make sure it’s nothing more serious. Aaron7
Also just to add if it’s the worst disease of your life then maybe you should get checked out just to be sure! I think being in antidepressant withdrawal it affects our bodies ability to fight off viruses due to our bodies being stressed from the withdrawal. So it might take longer for us to recover. didiyana
Good afternoon! I've finally recovered! Mentally, it seems normal, there were 2 short waves of depression - half an hour, an hour. didiyana
The last two days I've been... sad, I was sad and while I was sick, but now I'm sad too. Dereal lets go only closer to the evening, the sunny day has become shorter, and in general the mood is melancholic. Constant memories of my past life, and that since I couldn't do it before, thoughts about the future, it's scary to live, something I'm glued, friends, and I don't know how to put myself together yet. Maybe after the illness, eh. I didn't think my withdrawal syndrome would last so long (like others, lol), it's 7 months now, the eighth has gone. The disease clearly gave me motivation, I would like to see another window without symptoms, so that the light would light up in me. Physically, I'm still weak after the illness, with a little physical exertion I start to sweat. I also have a slightly hoarse voice and a cough, which I don't treat, because steroids are evil. I'm sad, I just wanted to tell you about it. I'm not dying, I have no desire to die, I'm just sad.. some kind of apathy. April 2024 - about once every three days, Atarax 25 mg, slightly relieved the symptoms, then I did not understand what was wrong with me. didiyana
Thank you for your kind words @PearlsMom1979 🙏❤️ Honestly, when I saw your story, I burst into tears. I have a child myself, I understand what it's like to be a mother, I can't imagine what you're going through. I'm very glad that your baby has progress, it's very cool, it will be better from now on. I read in benzo narrowing studies that younger patients recover faster. You are a good mother - that you noticed these changes in time and did not listen to the doctors anymore, you did everything right, and you are on the right track. I hope you don't blame yourself for this The neurologist also wanted to prescribe medicine for my child, he is 1.5 years old, I'm terribly aware of what could happen, and he probably wouldn't be able to tell me anything. I'm afraid of doctors now, and drugs too. None of them are interested in treatment, they only have protocols, protocols, more medicines, more money from insurance 1 2019-2020 fluoxetine due to anxiety disorder (1 capsule per day), withdrawal without WD. 2021- 1 month of Atarax in a daily dosage of 25 mg + symptomatically for a year 1/4 of 25 mg (approximately once a month). 2023 - severe stress, Atarax symptomatically 1/2 of 25 mg (approximately once a month / once a week). PearlsMom1979
Thank you so much for your kind words @didiyana I did feel like a terrible mother , sometimes even now. Initially ofcourse i did blame myself, especially before discovering this wonderful site. Once I realised drugs were a wrong decision, I was so terrified that I have destroyed my lovely sweet child. But then I found this site and started reading as much as possible, created an account and found support from wonderful people here. Now I do feel sad for the lost years but I am not in terrible self blame mode. But I do regret listening to doctors and giving drugs to her every single day. It's shocking that they tried to prescribe drugs to your such a small baby, I wonder if these doctors are even human. This is outrageous, monstrous. How can they do such things to fellow humans, especially small children! Terrible they all are, even I will never be able trust another doctor again I feel. Hope you are doing better today. Sending you lots of love and blessings, you will get to write your success story very soon ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Fluxonine April 2021 to June 2021 Lenzo 0.5 added in June 2021 Risperidone added in July 2021 Started with 0.5 ml risperidone, dose was increased by doctor upto 4 ml till we reached November 2021 Started tapering from January 2022 and completed taper in February 2023 with the guidance of doctor Drug free from 14th February 2023 Link to comment
didiyana
Thank you, @PearlsMom1979) I really hope to write my success story soon) We have to be strong for our children, my son experienced severe hypoxia in childbirth and they wanted to prescribe something like phenibut, in other countries it is considered a biologically active supplement, but we have this medicine - I heard several bad stories about this drug, and I'm glad that I didn't have to give it to my child, because now I know what it is, and how bad it can be. I don't remember what it's called, but it looks like phenibut I share with you the pain that these medicines can cause - let there be only more good days, your support is very valuable for your daughter. Very often relatives can't understand what we're going through, even my husband didn't believe me at first, and it was hard, now he, of course, thinks differently - but the support of loved ones is the way to recovery I pray for you 🙏 1 2019-2020 fluoxetine due to anxiety disorder (1 capsule per day), withdrawal without WD. 2021- 1 month of Atarax in a daily dosage of 25 mg + symptomatically for a year 1/4 of 25 mg (approximately once a month). 2023 - severe stress, Atarax symptomatically 1/2 of 25 mg (approximately once a month / once a week).
