Teeee
Hello everyone Ive been visiting this site for months i now im here desperate cause i didn’t find any answers May2023 I started paxil upped to 25 along with olanzapin small dose 5 mg to help sleep on 5 weeks and hand sever side effects and my doctor told me to stop taking it immediately CT. After that i went in severe withdrawal all my body was numb shaking, crying, tics on face, stiffed body and a lot for two weeks. My doctor upped the dose of olanzapin to 15 and gave clonazepam for a week but no improvement at all then he left the country. July 2023 I went to another doctor he described me zoloft upped to 125 and quitapin as needed, i used it for 3 months and Ive became better but one side effect remains is painful in my foot that i was thought is RLS but now i think its not and my doctor kept telling me it will go bu time. On January 2023 My doctor recommended to lower the dose as I was complying about my foot pain caused by zoloft and he said ok lets try 100 and it really became better then he said we will slowly tapering to stop the meds next month or two. He cancelled all of his appointments and i had to visit another doctor in the next month so i went on Feb to another one and he did the mind playing to switch to lexapro and settle the slowly tapering and I don’t know how i said ok. Feb 24 Dropped zoloft to 75 and started lexapro 2.5 for one week Next week dropped zoloft 50 lexapro 5 Next week dropped zoloft 25 lexapro 10 for 3 days and i couldn’t take it because i was shaking a lot and my mind would be blown so back to 5 lexapro for two days Next week zoloft zero lexapro 5 Next week lexapro 2.5 Next week lexapro 2.5 every other day. For the first month i thought I made it and everything is cool and then May 5 2024 out of no where withdrawals hits hard my body was shaking i had brain jolt and voices of electricity in my head, my foot was hurting a lot like I’m standing on throbbing needles and it keep trying to cramp like i feel i cant move it expect my fingers and it gets worse when i sit down or lying down i just want to touch it to relief it feel good when i just touch it! I have twitching all over my body and my hands is so stiff and have some pins and needles and burning sensation especially in the joint of fingers and it felt like its being squeezed as my arch of foot also. Also my knees is so stiff and i have electric feeling inside and buzzing sometimes. My face felt numb and i feel that its moving from the inside like im wearing a mask and it just keeps moving left and right along with my neck I tried to take lexapro back and went on 2.5Mg and i had a severe bad reaction so didn’t take it anymore. May 2024 Went to another professor that used to be the “best” and told him about my feet and hands and face and gave me clonidine and had a bad reaction that i was having hallucination and i was hurting my self for two days so i stopped it and he said its all in your brain the pain and the reaction!!! June 2024 Went to a neurological doctor and did all the tests is ok he told me my feet is RLS and gave me Mirpax and guess what? made it even worse and worse after the third day my hole body was burning so i stopped it after i visit him after 4 days and my foot pain turned into a nerve sharp pain and my fingers kept shaking for a whole week after! I was so desperate that i couldn’t sleep so he gave me Eszopiclone and used it for two weeks then i had depression and extreme anxiety symptoms and suicidal thoughts so yes i stopped it. My symptoms is just keep getting worse over time but for my feet it can be a little bit better for few hours and then boom back to extreme and also Ive notice its better from 10pm to 5am and getting worse at 4pm everyday. The only thins good is happening that i can sleep more than 1-2 hours now like 3-5 sometimes but i keep waking up every hour. On July 6 Started feeling burning sensation in my tip of my ***** and twitches near my butthole and in between area. btw im on vacation and swimming everyday so dunno if it’s withdrawal or from the weather and swimming or not. I freaked out and used clonazepam after long time not using it. ( still freaked out plz tell me its nothing related to withdrawals). New symptom appears the tingling sensation under my arms goes from both side to each other like hug from chest to back but it’s not painful just tingling and warm maybe an anxiety? Since then until July 12 2024 Tried to take back lexapro as one of my old doctors told me on text msg to try it and had 5mg and also bad reaction! all of my body is on pins and needles now and again took Clonazepam 1mg to calm down I’m 30 and had my dream job earlier and my dream car and supposed to propose to my gf this year and now what? It’s July and I’m loosing everything! I can’t work I can’t think I can’t relax and i can’t sleep! I just need to know what is wrong with me? Currently not taking anything May 23 Paxil 2.5mg 3 days, 5mg 3 days, 10mg week, 20mg 2 weeks, 25mg week, sever side effects then 12.5 two days then ct stop by doct. also used Olaznapine 5mg June 23 Olanzapine 10 - 15 for a week Clonazepam one week 1mg at bed time June 23 zoloft 25mg 5 days, 50mg week, 100mg month, 125 mg 6 months 22 Feb 2024 Zoloft 100 for a month Started lexapro 2.5 and zoloft 75 week Lexapro 5 and zoloft 50 week Lexapro 10 3days then back 5 and zoloft 25 week Lexapro 5 and zoloft zero Off lexapro after week Since 5 May 2024 Several withdrawals Pain in feet 24/7, muscle jerks and twitch depressed mood anxiety shaking head weird sensations hand and fingers stiff and trying lock pins and needles face weird movements “sensation”, extreme suicidal thoughts and plans, brain fog, can’t relax. 10May Tried to take back a dose of lexapro on 2.5 and had bad reaction. 12 July tried to use lexapro again 5mg, bad reaction. Administrator Emonda Posted July 15 Administrator Share Posted July 15 Welcome @Teeee You've been through a lot and are paying the price of being advised to taper too quickly, change drugs too frequently, and reinstate old drugs at too high a dose. It's all going to add up and leave you feeling like you do. Can you relate to the items on this WD symptom checklist: Daily Checklist of Antidepressant Withdrawal Symptoms (PDF). Many of the things you describe are on the list. Can you relate to what is described in this link: Kindling Recovery is not linear. There are good days and not-so-good days/weeks/months. This is referred to as the Windows and waves pattern of stabilization. I believe time, without adding anything else to your system, is likely to be most beneficial. I'll have to ask the small team of volunteers offline for their assistance here. Emonda Please don't send me PMs. I am not a doctor. Emonda Thanks @Emonda for your reply! so i should just wait until these symptoms goes? also I didn’t find anyone who had same as my foot pain in here and I don’t know actually how I describe it. it feels like an electric storm with pins and needles in the arch/sole of feet and trying to cramp up and my toes keeps moving and shaking from the pain and its worse when I’m resting, sometimes it feels like a nerve pain and sometimes feels just a cramp and i can’t move it! Also if I tried to move my toe i feel my arch is pulling it back! I really wish i didn’t trust these doctors now they’re all blaming my symptoms to the anxiety! Administrator Emonda Posted August 7 Administrator Share Posted August 7 Hi @Teeee, I just wanted to drop by and let you know I experienced some of the symptoms you are currently experiencing. I don't like the term PSSD. Let's just go with temporary dysfunction. At the time, I found it very upsetting. Please don't assume it is permanent. I turned the corner, and there is no reason to assume you won't either. You've just got to deal with things moment by moment, hour by hour, day by day. Time and patience do wonders. Keep fighting. May I ask how long and if fully recovered? I have also turned the corner but not totally healed. Day 467 and a lot better than day 1, but not there yet. Temporary dysfunction that is, and I love the term as well. May 8, 2023 One pill Bupropion sr 150mg That’s it. Link to comment
