Just to clarify, are you after assistance tapering off medication? I note you started Vortioxetine 10mg this month and are planning to increase the dose to 20mg. If you want to taper, then we can certainly provide some information. I look forward to you clarifying. Regards, Emonda Please don't send me PMs. I am not a doctor. My comments are based on my personal experience with ADs and tapering. Consult your doctor about your own medical decisions. Nuno77
Thank you Emonda, My psychiatrist proposed to change from sertraline to vortioxetine because of the less side effects and to see if my anxiety reduces with this new anti depressant with a increase dose plan, starting with 10mg, pass to 15mg then 20mg. Right know my main concern is that she told me to full stop sertraline 100mg and begin with vortioxetine and i'm feeling a quick swooshing sound in the head with desorientation, intermittent episodes, feeling like withdrawal symptoms, she said it was normal those things but i'm don't know if i should be tapering the sertraline while taking the vortioxetine... Also, would like to know in the community if these symptoms that i'm referring are common and how long they last on average... Thank you.
