LostInCanada Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Please go to https://www.survivingantidepressants.org/ Look through the list especially read through: I’ve reduced my drug and I’m struggling with my emotions. What can I do? And similar topics. This site is not a counselling site though it offers many helps. It is each members responsibility to research and apply and provide their own support group. That support can come from family, friends, therapists, etc. Everyone on here is an unpaid volunteer. Moderators and mentors can not be expected to give their undivided attention to any member as there are very few willing to step into that position as it is exhausting considering the ratio of moderators to members. If you feel you need more support, another way of getting it is searching for members that have similar situations like yours. Then take an interest in their journey and draw strength from their example. Build a network that can benefit you and the others involved. 👍 2 I am not a medical professional. Been over a week from covid and sure it maybe cause a flare up also. I feel fine from the covid. Sleep has been the best last 3 to 4 days also. Lay there and can't fall asleep but I keep eyes closed and try to relax. I do eventually sleep but not much. sandman79 Posted September 27 Author Posted September 27 Okay wanted to ask. I mentioned that i been having reflux. It's been couple weeks maybe longer. I know that certain foods can cause it also. I do some foods that cause me to itch, which it seems cheese causes me to itch. So i have cut out the cheese and havent ate any yogurt either . And now trying to figure out what could be causing reflux. I am not sure if my gluten free pancake mix could be causing it, cause I do try to eat them more to help get the calories. Anybody have any problems with reflux from food? I drink hot water in the mornings. Just weird. My diet is pretty clean. I think anyways. I am taking some dgl but I cut it way down take a small amount maybe 40 50 mg . But I am worried it could cause a issue cause I can be sensitive to supplements. I know probably have to eliminate things and see if it helps. 1 April 7 2024 started Prozac 10 mg May 11 2024 last day of prozac 10 mg. May 19 2024 start of lexapro 5 mg. It usually happens couple times a day but not terrible. Been off and on for a week or 2. Just falls in to the category of another thing that comes along to during wd. Its weird I notice things do take a while to heal but you notice it slowly . April 7 2024 started Prozac 10 mg May 11 2024 last day of prozac 10 mg. May 19 2024 start of lexapro 5 mg. June 10 last day of lexapro 5 mg July 1 started hydroxyzine 25mg for anxiety. July 22 stopped hydroxyzine No drugs as of July 22 . Ginger tea on occasion, just healthy diet. Pretty sure Magnesium glycinate isn't good for me . Was taking fish oil but haven't for a while.
