Lyle53
Hi everyone. Im new here - posting wise. I’m dealing with a bit of a wave at the moment. Does anyone have any helpful video or audio links for assistance to remain calm/level-headed/or to counteract feelings of hopelessness. When I’m busy I often don’t even think about the situation I’m in - I’m currently waiting to stabilise. I’m in my 4th month and losing patience I can’t stay busy all the time. I just need some help managing counterproductive negative/worrying thoughts eg maybe this will never resolve, then the fear kicks in etc etc I just want a few tools that I want to stick with. If distractions while I’m busy take my mind off this, there must be some psychological methods to cope. I hope you can help - if so, I prefer something that will be easy to do ie not full on!!
