Kindling: Cross Tapering Paxil to Lexapro.

[Kindling]

09-15 August 24 cross tapering from 60mg to 30mg to 15mg while going Lexapro 10mg to 20mg. Moved back to 30mg Paxil and stayed on Lexapro 20mg because Paxil withdrawal was debilitating my life. Waiting to see what happens with going to new dosage of Paxil.
