Hello,

 

My name is Patrycja and I suffer from pssd from escitalopram.

 

I quit meds 6 months ago and I dont see any progress :(

 

Anyone can relate?

I took citalopram for 3 years (20 mg) quit 6 months ago cold turkey within 2 weeks (!) and still experiencing pssd and withdrawal

I started using this guys's program, and we are currently working with ketosis and BDNF stimulation. I'm thinking much more clearly, and my mood is improving. My libido has also become a bit stronger. Has anyone else tried these methods?
