Kikii
Hi everyone. I want to start the daunting task of weaning off the medication I take primarily because of bone loss, but also I just no longer want to be on it and no longer want to pay for it and rely on it. I guess I am looking for some encouragement or words of support. I am really nervous about old toxic coping mechanisms and crutches coming into play and I was wondering if that has been an experience anyone can relate to. Thank you. If so, would encourage you to read Taking multiple psych drugs? Which drug to taper first?. Generally, we advise tapering the most/more stimulating medications first which in your case would be the Wellbutrin.
