DFHB
So sometime in October 2022 I had started taking 10 mg of fluoxetine for really bad health anxiety, and it really did help at the time. Fastforward 2 years later and I feel it was doing more harm than good. In late July of this year (2024) I quit cold turkey because I couldn't afford to see my doctor or get any smaller dossages of the medication (I was taking capsule). For the rest of July I felt alright, but when August started, the first waves of symptoms came. My mental health was at an all time low and my stomach was killing me. I knew I would have withdrawl, but I didn't expect it to be so bad since I was only taking a small dosage. Once September hit, I was starting to feel a lot better. I felt basically completely normal and I was really happy. But for the last week and a half I've suddenly had a headache that has not gone away and hot flashes. Its not helping that my health anxiety makes me worry something really bad is happening and I'm not used to waking up and going to sleep everyday with a headache thats always lingering. Should I be worried or is this normal? Does anyone have any tips so I can expirience some relief, because with my mental state where it is at the moment, I'm not sure I can take this, I'm so miserable.
