Hi everyone,   I have recently been paying a lot of attention to hyperarousal. I decided to do all I could to make sure I wasnt stimulating my system (dropped caffeine, sugar+low gi diet) and looked into inhibitory amino acids. I started taking Taurine at night about 2 weeks ago. I started off by taking 500mg at night just before bed. For the first couple of nights I felt a bit spacey but then it just became a relaxed feeling. I also noticed that I wasnt so anxious in the morning.
