  1. Hi all I've been taking one or another type of SSRI for 14 years for treatment of anxiety and depression that started when I was a student at university. In this time, I've only experienced a few relatively short periods (i.e. a couple of months) off the drugs before having what felt like a relapse and consequently re-starting or switching to a new drug.   2. Hello All, Thank you for this wonderful site! A lot of my Google searches come back to this site and I've been helped by quite a few posts. I apologize if this post is a little unreadable.
