Hi, everyone. I'm new to this forum and so glad I found it because now I'm starting to understand what's wrong with me and that there are others like me. But I'm also horrified at the seriousness and uncertainness of all of this. I'm also kind of angry at myself for taking myself off of medication without knowing how to do it properly.
