Hey Dee - you wrote:

Will it take time to subside? Now its my 4th day back on my previous dose.

 have u experienced this?

Dee, you need to think in terms of weeks and months, not days.  It takes 2-3 weeks to resculpture your neurons.  If you have a major destabilization (like a cold turkey or a too-fast taper) you can still get whiplash up to 6 months or even a year out.

These drugs are not like aspirin - they remodel your brain.  So when you change your dose - down or up or sideways like Brass said - you are slowing your healing time.

Hold, hold hold.

lso im taling valuim (nordaz) only when i feel very anxious!

Yes, valium can cost post-dose anxiety.  So - you take the valium because you feel anxious, but then when your body recovers from the dose, you may feel 2x 5x or even 10x more anxious than if you had not taken the valium.

You are better off without taking the valium, or, if you must take it - take the same amount at the same time every day.  You will have to taper it late.r

PLEASE put the Valium in your signature, it is an important factor for us to know about in your process.

Maybe i wasnt cured yet! Because im still surrounded by elements that making me feel depressed! Im so emotional and what i want is to feel good, he told me to go up to 225 next week, but i think i will stock to 150. PM me sp we discuss more

These drugs do not cure you.  If your emotional troubles stem from elements in your life, then you will struggle as long as you are not dealing with those situations.  The cure is to clean up your life - the drugs only make it harder to do that.  The make your life more difficult, and give you another mess that will need to be cleaned up.

The drugs change you, they make you feel different, and it feels like it's medicine - but it's just a change.  The problem is, the change actually moves you away from solving the problems that you need to in order to heal.

And - over the long term, the drugs damage a number of systems - endocrine, brain, nervous system, digestive system, hormones, cardiovascular, etc. - and these changes can make you very sick before you get off the drugs.  The drugs are a leading cause of disability in the USA  (ref:  Robert Whitaker, "Anatomy of an Epidemic."

I'm sorry you are struggling.  Breathe, take this time of suffering as a time to learn something about how these drugs work, how to get better.  Maybe something like Youtube will help you - there are a number of peaceful videos there that can distract you from your symptoms - and teach you something about healing yourself.

Holding is hard work, holding is a blessing. Give your brain time to heal before you try again.

My suggestions are not medical advice, you are in charge of your own medical choices.

A lifetime of being prescribed antidepressants that caused problems (30 years in total). At age 35 flipped to "bipolar," but was not diagnosed for 5 years. Started my journey in Midwest United States. Crossed the Pacific for love and hope; currently living in Australia.   CT Seroquel 25 mg some time in 2013.   Tapered Reboxetine 4 mg Oct 2013 to Sept 2014 = GONE (3 years on Reboxetine).     Tapered Lithium 900 to 475 MG (alternating with the SNRI) Jan 2014 - Nov 2014, tapered Lithium 475 mg Jan 2015 -  Feb 2016 = GONE (10 years  on Lithium).  Many mistakes in dry cutting dosages were made.
