Welcome, Robin.

I moved your posts here to start your Introductions topic, where you can discuss your particular situation and track your progress.

What symptoms do you have on Zoloft? How long have you been taking it? What is the dosage?

Hi Robin,

Welcome to SA.  You've come to the right place.  This members here are very supportive and encouraging and there is a lot of really helpful information.

It would be helpful for us to know what you are taking so Please put your Withdrawal History in Signature OR Complete your Signature from Phone or Tablet  Please include ALL drugs, dates, doses and how you decreased/increased.  Have you tried to get off Zoloft before?  If yes, how and when?  What symptoms did you get when you tried to come off?  As Alto asked, what are your current symptoms?  Having this information will allow the mods to offer suggestions based on your individual situation.  Once we have more details we will be able to do that.

This site recommends a 10% taper of the previous dose followed by a 4-6 weeks holding period to stabilise.  This allows the brain to adapt to not getting as much of the drug.

Why taper by 10% of my dosage?
