They make it mostly out of the cheapest mag oxide and sprinkle a little of the other into it.

 

Being more accepting is a good way to reduce anxiety. We can't control everything.

 

Why do you get dizzy? Are you drinking enough water? Eating regularly to keep blood sugar steady?

Thank you

I will bare that in mind next time I buy some. Will it harm me to take what I have bought? Is there any point in taking it? I want to do the right thing and the right way to aid my progress. I have put the content of a capsule in a glass of water today, but only taken 4 sips. 

Yes I do snack and drink plenty of water. It’s more like a light headed feeling, difficult to explain.

thank you for your reply. I think they started before that. It’s mild. I don’t think it’s hypos either, but I don’t suppose I would know. It doesn’t concern me at this stage. I continue to feel well in comparison to the past. I feel brighter, less brain fog, less anxious. I don’t check my blood pressure, although I do recall when the nurse has checked it as routine in the past she has commented that it is quit low but she said nothing to worry about. I didn’t consider that this may be the case. 

I want to say that no one has ever been so supportive and helpful as you lovely people on here. It helps me feel so less alone and understood and even cared about. I wish I could meet you all x

Better nights sleep 

6.45am thyroxine 100mcgs

7.15am b’fast, tea

7.15am venlafaxine 7 beads

7.15am Fish oil 1000mg

7.45 am sip of magnesium 

8.45am sip of magnesium

10.30 am - 1pm attend team meeting; due to ongoing issues within our team, I have in the past been anxious before some team meetings. Knowing that today I was planning on raising something of concern; I felt little anxiety,  but nothing like I would experience in the past. 

It turned out that the meeting wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. I was pleased that I remained composed and in control. 

3.30pm sip of magnesium

minimal anxiety 

5.30pm nice sleep for ten minutes 

Bad food today too many! ; bread, snickers bar, pastry & potato (veg pie)

7.30pm went food shopping. By this time of day in the recent past,  I have felt lethargic, head full of fog; heavy feeling, this was not the case today. 

8.30pm sip of magnesium 

10.30pm sip of magnesium 

10.45 pm bed

i realised I may be experiencing the light headedness due to Neuropathy. I am waiting to see a neurologist. 

7am thyroxine 100mcgs

7.30am cup of tea

7.30am walked Daisy

8.30am b’fast 

8.30am venlafaxine 7 beads

8.30am drink of viridian magnesium water (300mg capsule)

9am Fish oil 1000mgs

9.30 am - 5pm very busy day at work from home. 

6pm thought about having a sleep on the sofa or bed but I didn’t. 

Throughout the whole day drunk the whole glass of Viridian

magnesium water. So far no adverse effects. 

Snacked on healthy food throughout the day. Tempted to eat sweet things, but reached for nuts instead! 

Bad food cake 

9.10pm feeling tired. Slight light headiness. 

Good night x

Not felt too good today. I think I have a bacteria infection, which I have had before. I have a remedy for it.

7.15am thyroxine 100mcgs

7.45am tea 

8am walked Daisy 

8.30am B’fast

8.45am venlafaxine 7 beads

8.45am Fish oil 1000mg

Pain at back of my head and behind ears, ringing in head for most of the day. 

Going to the toilet more frequent

1pm Slept for 3 hours on the sofa

relaxed for the rest of the day, walked Daisy. 

No magnesium today as not feeling too good and didn’t want to complicate things. 

No anxiety, just a little sadness

Hopefully feel better tomorrow. X

not much go in me this morning. 

11am eggs and bread 

Went out with Daisy

bad food cake 

4. 30pm went to bed for 3 hours; strange feeling eyes heavy, body heavy, drifting in and out of sleep. Dry mouth

8pm dinner/supper; salmon and small salad 

symptoms of infection; abdominal discomfort, feeling run down.  

ringing in head most of the day and still there at 9pm 

Feeling a little anxious. 

Physical symptoms affect my mental health. 

Thinking I don’t mind if I go now. Thoughts  I have often, but not suicidal. Just tired of life. 

Ordered some magnesium citrate and fish oil 

no magnesium taken today

9pm watched an inspiring film called “another forever” 

11pm A new day tomorrow. Good night x

4am woke; went back to sleep and resisted getting up and making a cup of tea

Dry mouth

7am get up, walk Daisy

7.30 am shower/ b’fast

8am venlafaxine 7 beads

8am  Fish oil 1000mgs

8.45 am - 4pm work in cafe. Feeling better. Good day. I enjoy working in the cafe. It is not mentally draining.

4.30pm Walk Daisy, relax, feel ok

6.30pm dinner

7.30pm shower Daisy

9.45 pm feeling tired.

dry mouth didn’t continue throughout the day. Minimal negative thoughts. 

10pm applied BetterYou magnesium oil to my feet

1am woke and got up feet were sore; took 400 mg Ibobrofen. The magnesium oil may have caused my feet to feel very dry? I have a very rare painful skin condition that affects my feet called Pachyonychia Congenita. Because I now have  neuropathy, causing numbness the pain has reduced in general.

8.15am woke; feet not painful 8.15am thyroxine 100 mcgs

8.30am walked Daisy

9am b’fast

9am Venlafaxine 7 beads

9am Fish oil 1000mgs

9.30 am shower

10.15 am drive 1.5 hours to solicitor and visit my mum; did jobs for my mum; pleasant afternoon with my mum. Felt ok throughout the day. Infection symptoms eased. 

6pm left mums; felt lost and didn’t want to come home to an empty flat. 

7.30pm Home 

9.30pm Bed

Pottered about at home most of the day

8pm got up tea & cake, ringing in head. 

Dont know where I am going in life. 

I can be impulsive; 3 months ago I booked and paid for an expensive short hotel break in Devon for me and Daisy. Due to go in 4 weeks time it’s approx 5.5 hours drive from my home. I don’t want to go on my own, I have asked 2 different people if they would like to come with me, it’s paid for, but they don’t want to or can’t go. I can’t think of anyone else to ask. I arrange these things on my own, but don’t want to go on my own. 

8.30pm Bed

sorry I haven’t posted on here for a couple of days. I continue to be doing ok. No nasty symptoms and hopefully infection has cleared. One thing that I am struggling with is ending a relationship that isn’t good for me. He is affectionate which I crave, but has nothing else to offer me. I just want the company, but I still feel rejected. I believe that I am doing so well, and want this to continue.x

10.15am - 11.45am magnesium citrate in water 

10.30am shower

11am Bacon sandwich 

11.45am - 5pm went to mums. 

Mum was in good spirits. 

3pm slept for 10 minutes 

5pm went on the beach with Daisy; took couscous salad, crisps, yogurt. 

8pm feel ok. Turned out to be an ok day. 

9pm supper;  lasagne 

9.30pm walked Daisy 

10pm Bed x

9.30am - 3pm sipped Magnesium Citrate 100mg in water.

10.30 am - 5pm work from home; busy day but remain positive and coping with my work.

12pm Bacon sandwich 

5pm crackers with soft cheese, walked Daisy & disposed of garden waste & went food shopping

8pm supper; salmon, broccoli, asparagus, ice cream

Tea, coffee and water throughout the day. 

9.35 pm Feeling tired now 

9.45pm walked Daisy

10.15pm bed x

8.45pm bed still have a head ache and feel tired. Don’t feel as good as yesterday.

Shower/ironing ...

went to see my mum; stayed over close by. 

Walk on beach 

8pm burger & fries 

10am bed 

felt lonely today; a regular feeling

6.50pm fish oil ; decided to increase my daily dose from today (take 2 capsules daily)

9.30pm crackers & cheese & horlicks. Feel ok.

don’t feel over emotional which I expected to feel

I have felt happy, positive and healthy today.  Some sad thoughts this evening thinking about my lovely brother, who has had a crap life, and suffered anxiety and depression and isolated himself. I have tried to help him in the past, he knows I would do anything to help him, but I must not over think this, as it could set me back.

How can it be that I felt happy healthy and positive yesterday and today I feel sad and desperately in need of love and affection;. I know that these feelings of a need for love and affection stem from my childhood and right now my heart is breaking. I wish I didn’t feel like this x

Overthinking about J; keep reminding myself to stop

feel sad: feels like autumn and in a strange way this brings back faint memories of the past; non specific

1.30pm - 4.15pm friend called for lunch; nice calm friend who understands, feel detached and tired from talking 

4.30pm - 6.30pm slept

6.30pm walked Daisy

Head feels full, slight ringing in head

9pm supper

11.30pm sprayed some magnesium oil on legs and neck; bed

5pm walked Daisy, food shopping; felt distant, detached; feelings I have had before and thought they were symptoms of depression, but not sure now. 

6.50pm fish oil

7.30pm supper salmon, salad, fruit ice cream and cream

10.30pm feel ok 

11pm applied magnesium oil to legs and neck & bed x

I experience sciatica and find that putting my foot on a chair with it straight and gently leaning forward helps.
