During a window Does anyone else feel like their waves were just bad dreams??

It's almost as if the horror and terror can't be comprehended - I don't forget it but I kind of do-

Anyone else??

*Currently at 8.2-8.5 mg of my 10mg pill of Paxil (they actually weigh 12.5mg)

january 2023 I began reducing my med again. I was a 9mg weight for years, I went to 8.9 in January, went to 8.6mg in February, and in March 2023 I went down to 8.5-8.2 mg ( my scale varies, so I stick within that .3 range because of that)

*No other supplements or vitamins

*Taper schedule in the pdf

I don't really know if I get waves and Windows, but when I do a cut I feel "different". When I say different, I mean more sensitive, irritable, tired mind, lethargic, poor concentration, less willingness to leave the house etc. This usually lasts 4-7 days and subsides and I feel normal then. I've reduced my cuts from 10% to 5% and this has helped. It's great to feel stable on a dose and when it's coming up to a cutting day, you immediately begin to feel more apprehensive.

Good question...my last bad wave was earlier this year.

Now I seem to be in a "skin" phase where although I am not in physical pain like I used to be, the stress I am under is presenting itself on my skin.
