Restokley Posted October 22, 2016 Share Posted October 22, 2016 I became somewhat tolerant to lexapro so I got prescription from doctor for welbutrin 150 mg....I did not know that it was that high of mg till the prescription was filled. I have no idea how to taper off the lexapro 20mg to Welbutrin 150mg. Can someone tell me how? Link to comment
