ProzacWasCreatedBySatan1
I saw a doctor in functional medicine, and he told me about methylated vs non methylated b vitamins. And when looking in to this, I found ano article discussing methylation and the symptoms of Pyroluria seem almost identical to antidepressant withdrawl, and it says people that suffer from Pyroluria usually respond very negatively to Ssri's. These people are supposed to benefit from zinc and B6 supplementation, and primrose oil during the night. I have heard of people benefiting from b6 vitamins in their recovery. Has anyone here benefited from zinc, b6, or primrose oil?
