Moderator Emeritus scallywag Posted January 31, 2017 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted January 31, 2017 Supermario -- Benvenuto! Welcome to Surviving Antidepressants (SA) I'm sorry that you are experiencing anxiety, crying, and nervousness. Those are most probably symptoms of withdrawal. You can read more about symptoms in these topics:What is withdrawal syndrome.Glenmullen’s withdrawal symptom list. You've probably made the correct conclusion about reducing dose too fast. Getting yourself back on a steady daily dose is a good idea. The best indicator of when you'll be ready to reduce dosage is your symptoms. Wait until they disappear or stabilize to a level you can tolerate and then wait at least 2 weeks. It may take as little as 2 weeks for your symptoms to settle down, or longer than 8 weeks. Nobody can predict how long it will take for you. Your last dose was on Jan. 15 or 16. What was the dosage in mg?A request: Would you summarize your history in a signature -- drugs, doses, dates, and discontinuations & reinstatements, in the last 12-24 months particularly? Any drugs prior to 24 months ago can just be listed with start and stop years. Please use actual dates or approximate dates (mid-June, Late October) rather than relative time frames (last week, 3 months ago) Spell out months, e.g. "October" or "Oct."; 9/1/2016 can be interpreted as Jan. 9, 2016 or Sept. 1, 2016.
