Awful feeling in arm muscles...anyone else?

I have this feeling in my tricep/bicep area that pulsates on and off during the day. It's very uncomfortable and it feels like I need to punch something or constantly lift weights to get a little bit of relief from it. I don't know if it is the withdrawal symptom aggressiveness or something else! The feeling also pulsates in my face. I usually have this on and off throughout the day every day! I am currently on 29.5mg of Paxil down from 30mg. I was originally on 20mg for almost 17 years when I tried to taper off too quickly! I have been on 30mg since September 23 2016. Has anyone experienced this feeling in their arms? Please help!

I have been on Paxil for 17 years at 20mg

Recently tried to come off by cutting dose in half to 10mg. Didn't work out

Tried stopping Paxil and was put on trintellix. Didn't work

Put back on Paxil 20mg

The tried cross tapering to Prozac twice. Once with Prozac 20mg and Prozac 10mg

Cross tapering didn't work

Started 20mg Paxil again then after about 3 weeks started having withdrawal symptoms

Increased my dose to 25mg Paxil and still had problems

Now I'm currently taking 30mgnof Paxil

No, but I've experienced plenty of other freakish muscle, nerve and joint pain around my body.

There is an entire thread devoted to this subject/symptom.

Sorry that you are being hit with this symptom.

My default advice is to find a good osteopath to "iron it out" for you.

Dose History: 19 Feb 2014 - Escitalopram 10mg daily June 2015 - Started taper, 5mg every other day July 2015 - 5mg every 2 days August 2015 - 5mg every 3 days September 2015 - 5mg every 4 days Sept 14th - Completed tapering, but at 7 weeks "drug free" I suffered serious WD symptoms as a consequence of "incorrect" tapering. Nov 25 2015 - Re-instated Cipralex @ 2.5mg daily. WD symptoms faded. Held at this dose and experienced "windows and waves". 12 Oct 2017 Reduced dose to 1.25mg. 13 Mar 2018 Reduced dose to 0.625mg (approx.). 16 April 2018 0mg. Windows and waves triggered by stress (IBS/reflux, headaches, sinus issues) Aug 2019 Mirena coil fitted 6 Jan 2020 MAJOR Wave hit 19 months following last dose (protracted WD).  Symptoms listed below Mar 2020 Mirena coil removal.

I haven't included the link only because I am on the iPad.

My apologies that this isn't very helpful, but if you go through the symptoms threads, you will come across a muscle and joint pain thread.
