malu
I'm basically always alert, I have a lot of nightmares. I didn't put it in the notes, but I have nightmares frequently and wake up and continue to be alert and in a state of trauma. I dream about having a car accident, or being stabbed, things like that. In spite of that I'm thinking a lot about when I'll decrease the Mirtazapine dosage, because sooner or later I'll do it. My sleep schedule is very messed up, as you can see. Some days I sleep more but don't I wake up feeling like a I had a good rest. I wake up anxious as I already mentioned. I'm in a state of trauma all the time, also still not accepting the present, feeling desperate about going back to the past before I destroyed my body, my nervous system, thinking about dying. It's very draining and exhausting. I just want to have a functional life, to have rest, to have peace, and to be healthy. Administrator Altostrata Posted February 2, 2021 Administrator Share Posted February 2, 2021 You can get B12 from eggs, but your B12 might be low, which may cause neurological symptoms. What you can do is get sublingual methylcobalamin tablets and take a tiny chip every day, gradually increasing the size of the chip. This is not medical advice. malu
It's been a week since I decreased the dosage from 1.75mg to 1.5mg of Mirtazapine. I also started taking Natifa (estradiol), it didn't make any bad changes. Overall I'm still feeling very traumatized and horrible like I was doing before. I missed some doses of Natifa, but I'm taking it in the morning and in the evening. It's one of the safest forms of estradiol. Moderator Emeritus ChessieCat Posted March 13, 2021 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted March 13, 2021 Is there a reason that you are a vegetarian/vegan or whatever term is used? Have you had any blood tests done to see if you are lacking in something/anything? I know that there are other members who were vegetarian and started eating meat because they realised they needed it. You might consider including meat in your diet to see if it might make you feel a bit better. Give it a few months and if it doesn't make any noticeable difference then you could go back to your vegetarian diet. Please DO NOT TAG me - thank you PLEASE NOTE: I am not a medical professional.
