Hello Emilie, im'37. Since when i was a teenager probably, my daily anxiety rises between 19:00 and 22. I perfectly understand your feeling. 2004-2012: I was put on Paroxetine 20mgs for panic attacks, during these years it probably increased headaches. 2012-2018: Switched to Cymbalta 60mgs, in 2013 i tried to reduce to 30mgs for a few months and got tinnitus. Immediately went back to 60mgs on doctor's advice. 2018-now: Reduced Cymbalta to 30mgs again and within 3 months triggered several mild symptoms: fatigue, sexual disfunction, some kind of brain fog, my feet feel hot during the night, kind of floaters on left eye . Still on the same dosage. Link to comment

emilie
my gastrointestinal transit seem stabilised (5 years to stabilise ...), it goes with crisis at sundown. i sleep in the night if not in "eating blockade". but if i am in "eating blockade" i make insomnia. doctors never know what i have. i had a labellised mental anorexia that have been removed because all my hormonal (igf1, t3, etc) is really good and i do not want to lose weight, it was a medical error. So i am just labelled anorexia physical only without known caused. hunger is the major problem for me with periods of eating blockade when i can't eat. i don't know why. i have no eating disorder and i have a letter from a specialist of eating disorder that states that. at the end of the last year i had been operated of deviated septum nose and they discovered throught operation a nasal spur. i breath better now. (i down more like "how i feel, because at the beginning i had a calendar tapping 10% every 15 days and i was really bad, so i decided to see one month and after if i was trust in my body, i remove 10% of the dose at the beginning; and at the end i remove 1ml (when the 10% was lower than 1ml). It was more how i feel. (it is just the last 1 ml that i remove rapidly because i think i was attached mentally and i need to break. and 1ml of 50ml of 15/2mg is just 1ml correspond to 0.15mg. ). -juillet 2017 stop all. nov 2017 tetany and gastritis. I found "euphytose", "spasmine", "phyto-stress" from Govital(the more efficient if crisis because more concentrated) efficient. If very bad i take valerian extract 1000mg (stop crisis). january 2022: I survive. Still having no hunger sensation. Link to comment

emilie
I have tested my ghrelin level at hospital and it is "incalculable" because too low, which explain i have no hunger. But they do not know if it is psychologic or biologic. They say to me perhaps i have depression and it could push down ghrelin level. But they don't know. Ghrelin is a new science with few knowing. I have sexual problems too. My intestinal pain is improved if i avoid milk( i eat yogurt and cheese), i avoid whole grain (i eat white grain), and i avoid gluten.
