Zharul Posted November 1, 2017 Author Share Posted November 1, 2017 I was disharge from pysichal ward from july 2017.. i was noticed that i walk like a robot and had no taste food for 3 months now. I feel my leg disharged from my body and no weight loss after i hard work jogging.. and this is will be permenant and i wishing dead for all time.. i cannot think properly . My brain dead as ****.. and first day i was asking the doctor at first appoiment . He was told me that he injected me with haldol . I dont know how many mg he was shot me in the hospital.. my body feel weak and my hand and legs is weak as **** too.. like muscle stifness.. i walk slowly . I feel like i want to be in the past because my body in the past i lot better than this.. also i cannot enjoy the game and tv .. i hard to communicate to my family and others. Feb 2015 Invega 9mg tapered to zero over 6 month, Levomepromazine 25mg for 3 months, Citalopram raised from 20mg to 80mg over 3 months, at 80mg for 1 year and 5 months, Venlaxafine raised from 150mg to 450mg over 3 months (after citalopram) maintained for 1 year and 2 months. Cold turkey off both. Two shots of haldol decanoate. Alprazolam from 0.5 to 7(!) mg due to the immense stress of the ads. Down to 2.5mg October 2017 Occtober 2017 - Dec 2017 Moclobemide raised from 200mg to 800mg during a month and half discontinued with no tapering. Jan 2017 Feb 2017Fluvoxamine and Venlaxafine 300mg and 450mg, abrupt start, no tapering in discontinuation. 30mg Mirtazapin at night. Close to two months off antidepressants but on benzos. 6 months on 2.5mg alprazolam, Diazepam 5mg for 1.5 months. Currently on 600mg peronten, 400mg seroquel xr, Risperdal Consta 50mg. In the past 8 months dropped quitapine from 400 -> 300->200->100->75->50->25. Dropped paliperidone palmitate 100 to 75mg (two months on the lower dosage) Dropped Gabapentin 300mg->200mg->100mg->0 Link to comment

kesh Posted January 20, 2018 Share Posted January 20, 2018 The name for what you have is akathisia. I'm not sure what will help, it is different for everyone. There is a Facebook group called Living with Akathisia and a recent post had everybody's suggestions for help. I have it from antidepressants. I was also put on diazepam and propanalol to help. But my plan is to taper of everything and allow my brain to heal. Current daily meds. Citalopram 2.5mg morning. Diazapam 1.5mg evening, Propanalol 40mg split 4x10mg throughout day. Recent meds. Fluoxetine 20mg began 24th Nov 2017, CT on 4th December on medical advice due to bad Akathisia. Citalopram 10mg began on 13th Dec 2017, tapered to 2.5mg by 20th Dec 2017 on medical advice. Diazapam 2mg began on 6th Dec 2017 cut to 1.5 mg on 26th Dec. Propanalol 40mg began on 13th Dec. Zopiclone 3.75 mg began 13th December, used maybe 5 times then quit. Previous history. Tricyclics, Fluoxetine or Citalopram for periods of 6mo to 2yrs over last 25 years. Probably 5 yrs in total. No significant ill effects. Link to comment
