Carmie Posted June 28 Hi Lalala, Good to hear that your vertigo is subsiding a bit. Yes, dry eyes can be a symptom of withdrawals. Sending hugs🤗 Quote Share this post Link to post

lalala Posted July 30 I was wondering, I still deal with baseline sxs, and thinking of reducing the AD... I'm not in a good place, I may have to move homes again and its causing a lot of stress this would be in oct. but I'm not sure its doable do to my energy levels... I also have to focus on work in the afternoon ... if I can't work a lot I will have to move either way everything is always unpredictable I can never get a break I always fighting to get by ... cycle time so not the best time anyway would like to get some thoughts , advice on the reduction of the AD... thxs x Quote Share this post Link to post
ChessieCat Posted July 30 Please provide the information about the dates and dose reductions you have made since March. What are your current symptoms? Do they follow any pattern? How is your sleep? Quote Share this post Link to post

Do they follow any pattern? How is your sleep? the only reduction I had done was of klonopin , then in may I reduced from 5mg to 4.5mg celexa I think after 2 weeks I reinstated, its inthe posts with songbird sxs: low sugar drops, balance issues, tiredness, poor broken sleep, vision issues, feeling off, low concentration, anxiety from stress, headaches, dry/burning eyes... weird muscle twitches, upper muscle tightness, dizzy when I turn around, inability to nap.... stressed more easily, weakness exhaustion Quote Share this post Link to post
lalala Posted August 2 @Songbird and @ChessieCat What are your thoughts? I have reached 0.28 K but thought about reducing the ssri at some point Quote Share this post Link to post
lalala Posted August 13 If Im not getting answers does this mean I can taper off the AD yet? Quote Share this post Link to post
Shep Posted August 13 Please update your signature. You are more likely to get responses if moderators can easily see your latest reductions and not have to read through your thread. Account - Settings - Create or Update Your Signature How long have you been holding at .28 Klonopin? If you feel you are stable enough to handle a reduction, you may want to test the waters with a very small reduction of 3% or less from the AD and see how you do. But it would be helpful to know when your last benzo reduction was. Quote Share this post Link to post

I would hold a bit longer. You may want to see if you can build a stronger baseline. 13 minutes ago, lalala said: if I'm not so stressed I sleep better the other day I slept 7 hrs but felt more tired go figure... my muscles don't always hurt mostly near my period This sounds like an improvement since you were active over on the benzo forum. If you hold a bit longer, you may build on this and set yourself up for an easier AD reduction. Quote Share this post Link to post

Altostrata Posted August 27 Drink lots of water and ingest roughage for constipation. Green veggies are good roughage. You might also take some psyllium powder. Quote Share this post Link to post
