Anxiety  attack,  butterflies in my stomach ,  shortness  of breath  tingling....  That's why  I  took  it,  I  was having  a bad trip by myself...  I'm not sure I'm feeling  better this week  I don't  like the feeling  of  celexa

Yes, you can have worse symptoms at points in your menstrual cycle.

 

It's looking to me like you are having breakthrough anxiety etc. due to being physiologically dependent on Klonopin. That's what the afternoon symptoms are.

lalala, don't make any sudden changes in your drugs, making sudden changes is what's making you sick.

 

You have been on an SSRI such as Celexa since 2007. Going on and off the antidepressant has at least made your nervous system hypersensitive to drugs. You may also have antidepressant withdrawal syndrome along with the adverse reactions to the benzo.

 

You may think Celexa isn't doing anything, but it may be reducing antidepressant withdrawal symptoms. If you go off it suddenly, you could get much worse.

What do you mean when you say you find the Celexa stimulating? What time of day do you take it, how do you feel afterward?

 

I see Shep has given you a schedule for your Klonopin dosing here. It's very important that you take your drugs on the same schedule each day and keep notes of your symptom pattern.

 

We keep asking you for your symptom pattern because we need this information. It would help us if you would give it when you post a question, without our having to ask for it over and over. How you react to a change indicates what you should do next.

I didn't  today  add my symptoms  because  was away.... When I  take the Celexa in the morning  after an hour  I do feel tingling  all over and palpitations  a bit shortness  of breath  I'm not sure also concentration  is not good  in general...  I  will update  tomorrow  with my symptoms... I  do feel an improvement  in sleep  since I  reduced  from 10mg to 5.  But also added  more  supplements...  Appetite  is better  too...  But only after a while  that I  take it... I  will do the new benzo  schedule.  Pretty  much in shortness  of breath,  fear and crying  today benzo tolerance  I guess.

I  will do the new benzo  schedule.  Pretty  much in shortness  of breath,  fear and crying.  I  have  been in AD withdrawal  from all the changes  doctors made... I  wouldn't  just stop taking  it I would  tapper

Yes I understand,  just added  more magnesium  and vitamin c... I'm worried  about  the benzo...

HI Alto, I take 5mg of Celexa, I feel that me depression has not lifted completely  I thought of adding   a bit more... but at the same time

 

I don't know if it will affect my sleep  or or something else...

Hi I haven't changed any dose with the celexa,  i was very depressed yesterday and couldn't  sleep thinking that i need to up my dose....

 

do you think with this small dose  I can improve?  i do feel less teary but still crying   maybe a bit more focus,  still not  feeling  good ,depressed... I know there is alot up in the air,  stress.

 

I feel shortness of breath in the morning  yesterday  cortisol rush couldn't turn it off until i eventually got up.

I can't remember when I switched to 5mg I have to check the messages... I don't think it makes me sleepy anymore, I feel klonopin makes me  feel a bit sedating as I spread the dose  earlier

It's possible you may do better returning to dosing the benzo all at one time, but before making any more changes, please see my latest post in your benzo thread here.
