Multivitamin you can tolerate?

Hypersensitivity to previously tolerated vitamins and minerals is a problem during withdrawal. The nervous system seems to react to low doses of fairly innocuous substances.

A downside of this is that inability to tolerate these beneficial substances may lead to deficiencies. For instance, I'm low on vitamin D but cannot yet tolerate vitamin D supplements.

But of course during withdrawal, it's essential to give the body/mind all the nutrients it needs to heal.

Since I've had bad reactions to a few different brands I've tried so far, possibly due to the high B vitamin content, I'm wondering... have you been hypersensitive and found a multivitamin brand you've got on well with?

Thank you : -)

No I don't think so actually. I've experienced the flushing before and it's pretty benign.

Usually I get palpitations and feelings of agitation / jitteriness soon after taking a multi or a vitamin d supplement. It pretty much causes a stress reaction, or intensification of symptoms.

I'm not sure if this is a necessary evil to endure for the benefit of getting minerals/nutrients, or if it's a sign that I shouldn't be giving particular substances to the body right now.

Yes expecting that things get better with general nervous system stability ... :-)

Expecting it to get better over time as it has before... : -)

Yes, best to lay off the multi-vits for now.

Our bodies tell us everything we need to know, we just have to listen to them!
