I just came off Xanax with a Valium taper about 2 months ago and taper down off Ambien about 3 weeks ago. Palpitations are daily along with Tinnitus, just bought some Taurine this evening and took 500mg. I am hoping that I completely heal in around 1.5 to 2 years (from what I have read from others).
