Spideygsm
Apollyon, I suggest this (only from experience). Only taper and get off one drug at a time. Don’t raise something else or lower something else. Otherwise your body and mind will freak out. My anxiety was through the roof getting off Olanzapine. And your sleep will suck. Taper off slow, deliberate, and it will take willpower. Moderator Emeritus ChessieCat Posted April 2, 2022 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted April 2, 2022 @apollyon I agree with what Spideygsm said about only tapering one drug at a time. If you make more than one change and something improves/worsens then you do not know what has caused it. Spideygsm
Hi ChessieCat, Long time. I’m doing well. Great to be off the drugs. Best thing I did was get out from under the curse of Olanzapine.
