Hey guys how u doing ?

Im sorry ive been busy dealing with very bad withdrawl symptoms since i quit my drugs at the start of 2016 .. I can remember that when I was going through withdrawal myself, it was very hard  to write about  whats going on inside my brain ;i  had it really bad.

Now... I've been off antipsychotics ( zyprexa .fluanxol) and antidepressant (imipramine) for three  years after 8 months of total use , weeks  after coming off i was convinced id never recover . Well , im not yet full recovered but things eventually got better ..for the people asking how i stoped well i tapered zyprexa very fast over a period of a month and quit the other 2 medicines  cold turkey ..while i was quitings the drugs things went very bad ..ive had the worst insomnia ever and got zero sleep for the following few days , couple days and i started to sleep 3-5 hours wich was a big relief like returning from death ..the problem was my mind  falling into deep states of numbness and corruption ,  zaps and hot flashes..i couldnt leave my bed and this went on for the 2 years after; plenty of symptoms were messing arround but the zaps , pssd and the pressure are the most intense .. of course i had concentration problems , dizziness and balance stuff..i cant mention everything but i spent 2 years at my bed doing nothing but suffer hell.i lost 30 pounds and my appetite had already gone ..the bad news im not healed yet, the good one im better ! Im hittin the 3rd year and im able to work part time again , at least im able to leave my bed backthen where i was unable to put any clothe on .

i live in the middle east and have suffered / faced lot of conflicts between family , work boss and financial stuffs..

it was a total grim..

Its been 4 years since i stoped zyprexa 5 mg ct , and 3 years since i stoped imipramine an antidepressant ...

at first i had no waves windows pattern , ive been having very bad withdrawl for 1 year with almost daily suffer and panic feelings , windows started to show up very slowly at my 3rd year off but they were short and the misery was still..

now at the bwgining of 4rth year waves are shorter comparing to what it has been , it shows up every 2-3 week and lasts to a maximum of 3 days ( it was much longer) ...

although my waves are short , im sorry to say my windows arent full of joy or emotions full with deep euphoria or highness ..

i can feel calm and pretty stabilized during a window but if i manage to be in a stressful situation i would fall back very bad and way deep ...

may god guide me through this battle , its taking time and years outta my life
