I have an amazing acupuncturist who really has health in her mind. She knows me very well and never make a treatment that can increase my anxiety. Since its the first time I will a treatment without taking an antidepressant, Im curious if the body respond better with no chemicals in it.🤔🤔 Anyway, I already told her I want a treatment for my anxiety/depression mood and sleep. I told her also about my digestion and extrasystole. I might incorporate those treatments once a week to help. Today I wrote a lot. I started to write a few days ago. When I was young and before I had kids, I use to write all the time....thoughts, quotes, what is going on my mind, poems, ... its sometime I want to reintroduce to my life. I found a bullet calendar that I will try to fill with objectifs to make myself a new way of living, new routines and better healthy moves ( food, exercise, meditation,...) I have a lot of fatigue and brain fog and really unmotivate since a long time but maybe by going one step at a time in incorporate new objectives in my life, it will become my new lifestyle mode...for the better. Today I was reading that healing having also about making changes. And adopting new lifestyle changes. Nothing new here but today, it resonate something in me more than usually. If we stop meds without making those changes, then its not a winning combination. 2006-2010 effexor 2010-2011 differents ad for a year: cymbalata, lexapro, wellbutrin, pristiq, lexapro, trintellix 2011-2015 zoloft 2015-2017 lexapro 2017 to 2018 lexapro, effexor, zoloft, lexapro, zoloft, citalopram, lexapro, and prozac 20 February: Prozac 10 mg, 1 March: Prozac 20 mg, 4 April: 30 mg, 8 April: 20 mg, 28 April: 10 mg, 10 May: 8 mg, 13 May: 7.5 mg, 19 May: 5 mg, 23 May: 4 mg, 29 May: 5 mg., 1 June: 8 mg, 9 June to of july: 5 mg. switch to zoloft 25mg (10 days), 50mg from july 30 to august 20. Administrator Altostrata Posted October 11, 2018 Administrator Share Posted October 11, 2018 22 hours ago, Lolita said: Hi Alto! I do understand that a lot of changes have been made...sadly! But I told previously that in mid july my doctor stop my prozac and switch to zoloft which was her last drug attempt with me like she said. She switched saying if I don't, she would not endorse my "off work" papers that I need for my insurance to pay me. I asked another doctor but this one told me that I was followed by a generalist and psychiatrist and they can see it in the system (Quebec) and it wont be accepted. So Im off zoloft since 8 days. My husband say that I dont look worse than I was on meds since the last year. Of course, I have symptoms (new ones and some the same). Extrasystole are new Insomnia...falling asleep late Nausea and digest issues...I had that on zoloft also. Jitters and inside vibrations at night and when I wake up Low mood, crying, feeling low and bouts of intrusives/negative thoughts A bit dizzy since 2 days....but it might be from poor sleep and not eating a lot I do write my symptoms in my journal at home. As you advise me... But sometimes, I have to let go a bit as I focus a lot on symptoms. I will see my acupuncturist tomorrow. I try to write a lot what it going on in my mind and work on negative thoughts. What do you mean by heart pounding? If it's very hard and continual, please go to the emergency room, they will make a recording of it and probably give you a benzo to calm it down. If the palpitations and irregular heartbeat started after you quit Zoloft, most likely a small reinstatement, such as 5mg, is in order. You may have felt bad on it because you were taking too much. They could also be from your inconsistent benzo dosing. I am sorry your doctor is so poorly informed. You are going to have to make it clear what you want instead of asking your doctor for answers. I am still looking for your daily drug and symptom notes. This is not medical advice. Discuss any decisions about your medical care with a knowledgeable medical practitioner. Lolita
Thanks Alto! I have had my acupuncture this morning. She is amazing with me. She made a really relaxing treatment. During it, I was still having nerves spasms and inner shaking/vibrations. She really think my "heart" is all fine and that its withdrawal and anxiety. I have to be careful with my thoughts and mind cause I tend to relate everything I feel to a dramatic health problem. I really think that is the main issue I have to work on. My worse ennemy is me I guess...Im having a hard time letting go in this experience that life is sending me. My wosre periods if the day are night and morning... Here is my day...just like you ask.. Woke at 6h30: shake and vibrations and nausea Stay in bed and got up at 9h00 9h15 drink water and eat a banana Feel anxious about being shaky and have skipped beats from my heart. 10h30 acupuncture treatment 12h00 no more nausea so ate a bit and took my fish oil supplements. 13h00 still feel those skipped beat but not as much as I did in morning and last night. 2h00 camomille tea, reading. Feel more relax but still on an hypervigilant state of mind... The past days, its beenn the same... Around 4pm I feel more tired and foggy Dinner at 5h30 6-7pm My anxiety start to rise such as ectopic/skipped or extrasystoles . Vibrations and shakes in my upper body start again. Take 0.25mg clonazepam at 8pm Try to go to bed at 10pm and read. Anxiety is more high at that time and feel the inner vibrations. Fall asleep between 1am and 3 am.
