Never been able to nap during wd.just gonna relax today before work.man I think I have sibo really bad. I've sporadically taking small doses of probiotics getting die off symptoms. Itching skin especially.

Healing the gut is the answer to some of this.on a low histamine diet also.

Try your best. That's what matters.

I hope the probiotics help out. If you don't have issues with dairy...I'd add greek yogurt or Keifer since has more probiotics that somewhat help regulate the gut while the brain does the best to rewire itself.

@manny03 fermented probiotics mess me up.Im pretty sure at this point I have sibo and histamine intolerance.

I may b on to something here with the histamine thing.

I use low histamine probiotics now with fewer side effects.

Seroquel causes histamine intolerance because it targets histamine receptors.

Same with Trintellix since I had weird red spots all over my abdomen last summer. Plus, weird pimple breakouts, and easy bruising. Went to my primary and only blamed it on the sun. It was reading here that made me see the receptors were out of whack. Hence tweaking my diet when a new symptom comes out.

At the moment I no longer drink any milk or anything acidic since it screws up with my g.i.

The first thing is to make sure the gut flora is correct. I think all of this fog and fatigue is coming from a imbalance.

I'm definitely feeling the probiotics working.glad I started slow.

I've gradually changed diet.

Is your gi stuff any better.

It comes and goes. Though, it's calming down.

At the moment, the headaches i was having at the start of my withdrawal have made a come back.

I'm getting those headaches also.i think they are related to the gut remodeling .I feel like ****today but glad there's no fatigue.

Hopefully the diet change will correct this.i did have a immediate reaction to the probiotics so there is probably a mess in there to fix.from my recent research I've learned that healing the gut is so so much the answer to this mess.

Sucks you're going through this.

In my case, I was taking Probiotics with my A/D perhaps that's why my symptoms are not as intense as yours. It's good your micro-dosing.

Hi Rus,

Thanks for popping around to my thread. I’m so glad to read that you’re having a good day.

I hope you have many more of those. 💚

@Carmie thanks. I've recently changed my diet to cleaner have taken a very small amount of probiotic in a very small amount of antifungal from a natural source and I'm getting itchy skin insomnia.

I'm pretty sure at this point I have a overgrowth of candida in my body. I'm having other symptoms that match that also. Recently during my waves I've had bad bouts of fatigue and brain fog and headache and I think this is directly linked now that I'm confronting this issue I'm having more windows but feeling more body symptoms from the die-off.

Hi Rus,

That’s great you’re eating healthy. It sounds like the antifungal is causing die off, thus you’re getting extra symptoms. It’s hard in withdrawals, isn’t it? Everything seems to affect us even more than usual.

I see you’ve had a sore tongue. At the beginning of last year I had a burning mouth for ages, I didn’t know it was from withdrawals until I found this site. I’m glad your sore tongue is slowly going away.

Take care, sending hugs 🤗

Hi Dave =I've always loved to eat.Now tracing back to the crash i had a few years back before the meds i had major stomach problems . Now looking back it was dysbiosis in my gut.It causes anxiety.

I was given cipro also that destroyed my good bacteria and immune system for months.

Im hoping fixing this will strengthen my immune system and ease WD a little.

Ive had a pretty good run now.In the last 14 days/ 12 have been pretty much windows aside from the GI stuff.

Notes=low symptoms

mild itching

Very happy to have stabilized again after my drop from 50mg to 37.5 of zoloft. It was a pretty rough ride.I started the drop end of Dec to present. After the last big wave everything seemed to have improved..

Next taper i will use the Brass slide taper less of a drop in mg also.

Just hold on there, Rus.

I'm almost there with you symptom wise. Just take away sore tongue with a sore throat and the fatigue with off balance.

Hi Rus....just reading and catching up.  Glad to hear things are stabilizing for you!  The brass monkey slide will be so much better than that rapid taper!

@manny03yes the GI stuff is weird. I juiced some veggies and had some reflux.?

Getting mild mental symptoms is nice.the gut stuff is off and on.last night I had healthy pizza and got heartburn at 6am.thats delayed for me.

I'm adding oregano oil in the mix🤯 for a gut cleansing. Micro dosing of course .

Diet is pretty clean now around 70percent clean.
