Hi Gonna, welcome to SA.

Can you tell us the dose you are taking and the side effects that you are experiencing? Have you ever been on any other antidepressants?

It will help us if you can fill in your signature, when we see your history this will help us to give you the best advice.

You can find how to do that here

Lesson learned, slow down taper at lower doses. Taper no more than 10% of CURRENT dose if possible

I am currently on 20mg of Paxil.i started this due to sever panic attacks. I have been on this medicine for about two and a half months. I have never been on an antidepressant prior to this. I want to get off this medicine quick. My side effects were faint feeling, tired, bad headache, and vision problems. Since I drive for a living these side effects aren’t good. So my doctor has told me to cut dose in half in a effort to get me off of this.

Welcome, Gonna.

What time of day do you take 20mg Paxil? Did you start on 10mg Paxil? Are you taking any other drugs?
