Hello, Lulupage, and welcome to SA.

First of all, could you copy what you've written about your drug history into a drug signature using the following link.  That was, the moderators can see your history without having to cross back to your original post.

You are tapering both drugs far too quickly.  At Surviving Antidepressants, it is recommended that a person taper by no more than 10% of their current dose with at least a four week hold in-between decreases.  The 10% taper recommendation is a harm reduction approach to going off psychiatric drugs.  Some people may have to taper at a more conservative rate as they are sensitive to even the smallest drops.

We recommend tapering only one drug at a time.  Otherwise, if you have a problem, you won't be able to pinpoint which taper is causing it.  As the following link explains, we recommend tapering the more activating of the drugs first.
