Hello Henryk12

Not helpful

My brain is damaged as a result of taking dangerous antidepressants. I have done so much over the years to help myself. So, please believe me when I say that changing my outlook is not where the answer lies. In fact, your comment is something I would expect to hear from a doctor shifting the blame onto a patient.

Bro I have a lot going on more than you can imagine . I have a brain damage wish I know myself and mine is really strange and I do not know a way out than asking God for help and hopefully I get his favor . I will encourage you to fight for yourself since doctors inflicted this upon us . We need to keep fighting even though you really don’t know how long it takes to win . Fasting with seeded fruit juices are good for nerves . Take plenty of water . Get sunlight , walk twice a day even though is hard . Cut out sugar and starches , eat less meat and fishes . All you need now is do everything to make your blood flow and that way your gut heals and that will help your second brain . Say no to failure. You can and you will 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Always say to yourself ; I REFUSE TO BE A FAILURE ❤️🧘🏽‍♂️

I have this too but your nerves are actually healing . You need change your mind and perspectives . Only then you can heal your brain and body..

Hmmm. I would love if this was the case but akathisia (or burning itchy nerves or agitation)  is not really a mind over matter issue. It’s not bad because I have a a “bad perspective.”

Sure, if you have the ability to sit still long enough to meditate it could help...

What do you mean exactly?

I don’t think this is advisable generally. Especially since most people seem to benefit from Omega-3’s in fish.

Hi bheb

Thanks for understanding. This patch I'm going through at the moment seems to be the worse so. In fact, I don't believe that is true. I think I'm getting tired of carrying the same burden for so long. Declining health and all that. By the way, my book! put it down for a long time, but trying to get back to it now. Despite how I am feeling, I've set a deadline to finish it by mid-February. I am not leaving this world without completing it, that's for sure.

Yep, battle fatigue is real.

I’m having a particularly horrible few days as well; stamina feels short. Again, you never seem to get used to it.

I’m glad to hear you’ll continue working on your book! It’s important to have purpose in things like that.

That's exactly it. You just don't get used to it. It doesn't get any easier. I think some of my friends know this, and don't want to be around the hopelessness of my situation. They are good people, I am not condemning them, it the way it is. That's why I isolate when I'm in the worst of it. Wish I could see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Hi

Stopped taking Mirtazpine 2006.

It's a long time since I've visited the site. Just want to say I had a fair break from the withdrawal, thought it was gone for good, but now it's back with a vengeance. totally debilitated.

Hi

I suffer with protracted withdrawal.

I am in hell at this moment. My body is screaming from all the nasty symptoms. It feels like burning oil is raging through me. My legs are so numb and weak I can barely walk. I want to die to escape this terrible, terrible, terrible torture.
