JK99 Posted November 28, 2018 Author Share Posted November 28, 2018 Thank you, Many more, I think looking back it was a bad Idea for me to taper from 37.mg due to the fact that my life has been quite unsettled. I think tapering requires a person to have a certain amount of stability otherwise it makes things 10 times harder. My reductions also might have been too much 1/8 of a 37.mg ,although I did hold for many months. The easiest way to calculate it is to multiply the current dose by 0.9.
