Jill, your benzo appears to be causing you problems.

That's very good information, Jill.

It appears many of these symptoms are benzo side effects. You are getting a paradoxical reaction to the first 2 doses of the day. Please start a topic for yourself in our benzo forum, copy over your 11/9 notes, and confer with @Shep about reducing or rebalancing the clonazepam.

You are not hopeless. Many people have come here with benzo problems. Please follow the above instructions to discuss next steps with Shep in the benzo forum.

It take time to sort these things out, because we don't want you to get benzo or Lunesta withdrawal, too. Every step takes at least a week of observation.

I went to the benzo forum and posted for help.

Lastly, In your opinion, are the no tv, agoraphobia, anhedonia etc, issues due to the ssri withdrawal then?

The hypersensitivity is probably due to SSRI withdrawal.

Hi Jill...want you to know I think you are doing great!  You are moving ahead though it may not feel like it now.  I think most of us have found that any changes can upset an already on its head nervous system...so hoping you can know that if you are hopeless than we all are...but if you read the many success stories fact is we aren't though i know that is hard to believe when feeling so crummy.  If you read other threads, including mine, you will find most of us finding it a daily challenge just to get up, get going, get out, do pretty much anything at certain times...and then other times it seems 'easier'.

Take care and know that we are all on a very similar journey...you are not alone!💜

Ok, that’s what I thought. It is brutal.

i has the insomnia with the Zoloft withdrawal and now it’s intensely magnified after the Prozac  so I am guessing that’s ssri related too.

Thx.

@BB1979

I'm sorry to hear you are in a wave. why have you not done an intro? I think you should, if you can. doesn't have to be perfect, just start.

add name

Currently taking Ramapril (blood pressure) 5 mg twice a day

Omeprazole 10 mg AM and 20 mg PM  (the taper has gone nowhere after the first cut)

Famotidine   once a day (and I still needs tums sometimes)

magnesium 200 mg at night

as of yesterday 2 fish oil capsules "EPA-DHA 1000"

off Lexapro as of 5/2018  - last dose had been 5 mg every other day for a couple years

highest dose had been 20 mg at which point I was diagnosed with Bipolar II, which went away when I cut the lexapro down to 15 mg.

I spent years on Paxil before Lexapro (can't remember dose), briefly on Effexor and Abilify and others I have forgotten. in fact, when I was diagnoses with BPII I was put on all kinds of things which made me feel so bad I stopped them cold turkey within maybe 3 or 4 weeks, thank goodness. since then I've known these pills were terrible and I weaned down the Lexapro with zero help or support over I'm not sure how many years.

BB1979 has created an Intro. It is waiting for mod approval.  The mods respond to the posts they are able to.  We have several mods on holidays at the moment and we have also had an influx of new members since the start of January so the site has been very busy.
