630-12 work( symtoms same as yesterday at times they are Lil louder but I’m able to get thru with tools)Acually made an appt with Chiro weds and went,back and neck much better.

12-soup-work meeting,was able to make it thru.

1-3 finish work

430-naturopathic Doctor,worked on easing my stomach,Using nose breathing,magnets.Recomended protein with my shake in am and less bananas due to sugar spike in blood.

6-8Football practice 

9-was able to eat Chinese easier,almost hungry.

915-11 breathing,Animals on tv 

7.5  remeron 

(I listen to Indian flute most of day as my CNS can’t hsndke regular music yet.I try to stay away from abrasive people and situations)

(Twitching there but not as hard,There are minutes to hours where my mind can block all the outside stresses and I’m not feeling dread.This allows me to watch tv or take break at work to ground.still BMs whenever I eat and frequent urination.My biggest fear is the wanting to die as it is dangerous and that has eased and for that I’m gratefull to be alive.Thx again @Altostratafor working with me at this critical time.

Ok I’m having a tuff day today depression,inner restlessness,anxiety,Dp all ramped up  from last few days of less of all.tryin to use my tools,

730-12 work(Symtoms were not good today especially Dp was really bad,anxiety,Felt more depressed,Some intrusive thoughts,paranoia like feeling,felt tired like eyes burning/heavy,frequent urination,Felt like I couod lose it a few times but I made it another day.headache today and yesterday couod be due to smoke from fires.

1230-forced piece of pizza down with no appetite.

1-430 finished work,the symtoms stayed all day with only a few moments of letting up.

5-7pm gym,when my Dp is at this level along with other symtoms it’s hard to do anything but I worked out anyway.

6pm-12.5 lamictal 

730-11 tried to watch tv but hard to be around kids and wife went in room by self and did Breathing.

11-75mgs remeron

I Have poisen oak rash from work that isn’t helping things stress wise as I have enuff with these symtoms.Trying to stay in moment and breath but it’s been hard tI day. @Altostrata

@Altostratamy poisen ivy is infected they gave me cephalexin/keflex but I’m scared to take it as my CNS is allready destabilized.Its for 2x daily for a week.She said if I don’t my infection can get worse.Pls advise ASAP thx

You have to treat an infection.

You may have a range of reactions to an antibiotic but it's better than having a bad infection.

what I know now to be called anhedonia no pleasure in anything,Some inner restlessness)(Not to much death stuff or intrusive thoughts,was able to talk thru them.

1145-forced soup down 

10-12-worked at storage called for doc appt for poisen oak.

150pm-appt tried to deep breath in there but had couple anxiety attack’s in the docs office became hot wanted out.Was probably due to worry about antibiotics I had studied tgey give for it.Was infected so got keflex and topical ointment for other parts.

230-500mgs keflex 

3-5 Walked at Park(nose breathing,all symtoms still present)

545-12.5 lamictal,

6-8 read my notes from past yrs found that I was in withdrawals for a yr before I became destabilized,From what I’ve learned on this site.Missing weeks dose of Effexor and updosing lamictal has me here 

9-Forced soup down 

9-11 update SA read blog,journal,nose breathing.Tonite will be another 4hour sleep night with poisen oak pain as it’s on back of my knee and cracks and leaks when I move. @Altostrata

Hi Allreadygone, 

 

I was so sorry to hear you got poison oak poisoning n have an infection. That must be awful. I don’t think I’ve ever seen poison oak, not sure if we have it in Australia, I must google it. 

 

You seem to have no choice but to take the antibiotics but as Alto said it’s better than having a severe infection because the stress of that will probably make withdrawals worse anyway n you’ll also end up with extra health problems. We try n stay away from antibiotics as much as we can but there are times we just can’t.

 

If you get waves from the antibiotics just know they will eventually subside. Any time our bodies have any extra stress put on them from different things we always eventually stabilise again. It’s just a matter of when. 

 

Hope you recover from the poison ivy soon.

Thx so much for your encouraging words @CarmieTuff part is I’m allready in wave from destabilization so I’m just tracking any extra symtoms.Good thing is it’s only a week and I’m on day 2,hopefully my CNS can withstand this.Where are u in your healing Carmie?Hugs to you as well!!

4-6 Breathing,studying my infection

7bath,when I got out broke out in hives may be reaction to keflex.Leg very sore and swollen,this all really putting extra stress on my CNS.

9-forgot lamictal so took the 12.5,worrying about all this outside stuff while being destabilized is hard.

930-11 Watched tv 

11-7.5 remeron,not taking keflex again until I see doc tommorow. @Altostrata

8-11 apply cream,elevate leg,study.Hands very itchy most likely another sleepless night.one positive my infection not as hot,still red and very upset lookin open wounds from the poisen oak.Not sure how I’m holding together mentally with all this goin on I pray it gets tiny bit better so I can focus on mental health.

12-800mgs bactrim, Ate soup,no hunger but able to eat it.changed dressings and cleaned poisen oak wound.

1215-3(Work)Symtoms come up but able to not get stuck on them.

630-quesadilla able to get down no hunger.

630-830 work,then were let go due to bad air quality.Days I don’t work are the hardest.went to park did breathing.Symtoms are Dp,Anxiety ,anhedonia,Twitching is less depression not dark just there.Thoughts are the battle rn and learning to pass them off when their not real or usefull.Feel like I’m still on the edge but using every tool to stay sane.I did have a few thougts that I would Make it back to some stability today.also listened to a few Songs other than flute all day as I can’t enjoy my normal music.

11-hashbrowns&eggs no hunger but able to get down.800mgs Bactrim 

12-5 storage,park(12.5Lamictal)

6-11Home,my family back after 4days.Great  to see them but I still can’t really interact or parent,as I’m just tryin not to lose it.800mgs Bactrim.Test back I have 3 infections in my wound so hopefully the poisen drugs they Gave me will deal with it. @Altostrata

9-3(800mgs Bactrim)Was able to sit on couch and rest leg.Was able to eat breakfast not as forced.My normal symtoms we at 70%But usually I cant sit.Anhedonia, Dp.Anxiety, Lower Depression some intrusive thoughts,frequent urination

We can't comment until you finish the antibiotic and your infection (from the poison oak) is healed.

Been having vertigo since finishing antibiotics not sure why.Usually I get it from a cut but meds have stayed same other than split lamictal.

Work,All symtomsare at a tolerable level,able to breath thru anxiety and stay in present better.

1230-able to eat burrito,Knot in stomach has less effect makin it easier to eat reg food.DP has been less as well with more moments of being in my body

The vertigo is concerning as in the past it’s a sign I have made to big cut and is followed by horrible mental symtoms.Gonna stat positive and monitor.  @Altostrata
