I’m right where you are Kronos. I am scared all day everyday of everything.

I lay in bed and read about others, it’s all I can do. I pray for all of us.

*Currently at 8.2-8.5 mg of my 10mg pill of Paxil (they actually weigh 12.5mg)

january 2023 I began reducing my med again. I was a 9mg weight for years, I went to 8.9 in January, went to 8.6mg in February, and in March 2023 I went down to 8.5-8.2 mg ( my scale varies, so I stick within that .3 range because of that)

*No other supplements or vitamins

I have a question. In withdrawal, when we are overwhelmed by fear, are these feeling going to pass, or is the brain adapting to them, and after withdrawal we need to retrain our brain?

I cant believe how the ******* doctors keep denying everything. You lose your whole life. And they say everything is in your head. Even if you dont got depression in the first place.

Ive had that on boat feeling, swayin and rocking, dizzy 24/7 for 8 months now ever since i ct Lexapro (only took it for 1 month). But now i upped my dose in magnesium from 100mg each day to - starting last week I take 100mg of Magnesium Calm, the powder each morning and magnesium glycinate tablets 300mg every night along with 25mg vitamin b6 to promote magnesiumuptake.

Going from 100% dizzy  all day to 20% is, for me, magic now. Its scary.. Since i got to know myself being a dizzy person, this new stable one feels kinda weird, like Another lever of dp but a good one.

So i you can tolerate magnesium, try it. A little bit at a time. It also reduced my anxiety from going crazy all day to okay.

2008 - Setralin 150mg, CT after 1 year.
2015 - Venlafaxin 150mg. CT after 1 month.
2016 - Brintellix 100mg, CT after  2 years.
2018

January - Mirtazapin 25 mg, CT after 1 month.
Mars - Setralin 100 mg. CT after 1 month.
August- Lexapro 5 mg. CT after 1 month, adverse reaction. Stopped all benzo, sleeping pills here too.

2019

January - Took fluconazol and itraconazol, strong reaction, like bein floxed.

January - Used progesteronecream 200mg a day for 1 month. Severe reaction month 2 so i stopped (maybe built up cream in tissues?)

April - Took plan-B, this messed me up the most.

My most concerning symptoms are when I struggle to walk, I feel very dizzy, tremors, very fainty, weak muscles, tension all over the body, heart starts to pound faster. My body is also vibrating, specially head,.I’m literally bedridden right now and very concerned about these symptoms, they started to be intense since 2 weeks ago, but they were building slowly since one month ago.My symptoms now are:

diziness, vertigo, weakness to the point i can’t get out of bed, muscle spasms, face twitch, tingling in whole body especially in arms, head pressure, headaches, disorted and blurry vision, slowed thinking, forehead numbness, hands are heating, back pain, right leg pain, flu like symptoms, very strong tinnitus, light and sound sensivity, shortness of breath.I’m concerned about showing signs of multiple sclerosis

Hi bro

i’m distracting myself with the phone, just laying in bed as I can’t do more than this. But these symptoms are so overwhelming that I really can’t distract myself all the time.

Things are very acute, I’m trying to hold on but is so hard, I can’t even get out if bed bro.Is pure torture. That makes me think is not withdrawal. But I got tested 1.5 months ago and everything came back fine.
