  • @TriD Yes, I totally agree. As I mentioned, sometimes we make mistakes but we learn, readapt, and continue to live on. By learning and readapting we are focusing on prevention and being able to work alongside our situation as to prevent or mitigate our symptoms or causes of symptoms. Sometimes symptoms are unavoidable, but we do what we can to take care of ourselves. Also I completely agree that we should be mindful of our anxious thoughts and to not let them overcome us. Such thoughts can make things a lot worse as people tend to get caught up in such negativity and then they believe all the negative thoughts and it can drive you mad. It can make you throw all logical and rational thinking out the window. It's kind of scary. Anyways, I always try to take a deep breath, step back, and look at the bigger picture logically and rationally. Oh, also focusing and maintaining all those good and chill vibes, all about positivity.
  • @ChessieCat Hello ChessieCat! Yes, I am doing well and I certainly plan on coming back. All the way to my recovery and then some! This place has been a safe haven for me when I was at my worst, you and everyone else here gave me hope and provided me with all the information and assistance I needed. Reading the success stories always gave me a sense of hope and happiness. I can't wait for my story to be there one day and for it to maybe help others who are in a situation like mine and need a little bit of hope.
